Cancellation Policy

Hello! If you need to cancel a session, please cancel 24 hours prior to the session. A refund will be sent minus 10% fee for payment fees.

If you are a no-show with no communication, you will be refunded 45% of the payment.

If you cancel the same day as an appointment with no reschedule, you will be refunded 45% of the payment.

If you cancel and need to reschedule, I am always happy to reschedule with no fees. Please just send me an email at airfireartistry@gmail.com.
