A Spiritual Energy Clearing by Kelly Callihan of Air + Fire Artistry + Energy is performed virtually or in person with hands above the body and light touches to the head and shoulders using modalities of Earth Energy, Angelic Energy, Psychic Energy, and Light Language. It is a safe and natural modality.

Everyone will experience this Spiritual Energy Clearing differently. Possible reactions are, but not limited to: waves of slight energy through parts of the body, slight shaking or tremors, tingling, feelings of warm or cool air. You may experience a releasing of: emotions, stagnant energies, and/or slight discomforts in the body. Or you may feel nothing physically at all during the session, however, afterward is aimed toward stress reduction and improved mental wellbeing.

During the session, you are guided to lay down, relax, with your eyes closed. You should be completely sober and not under the influence of medication, plant medicine, or drugs. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you will listen to your body, and discontinue the activity. You will continue to breathe smoothly.

You may continue to energetically release over the next couple of days after the session that may involve fatigue or emotional release. Hydrating with water is recommended as well as a light diet. Listen to your body and slow down if needed and/or rest.
